Within 5-10 min away, there is a choice of six high class rated golf courses, as well as bars, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest town is Almancil, 15 min drive away. Faro city and/or the airport are only 25 min drive away.

DESCRIPTION
The entrance leads into a combined living/dining room. Herewith are comfortable coaches and a SAT-TV. The dining area has seating for 8, with sliding doors to the terraces, pool area and garden.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a door leads you onto a patio. On the ground floor you find a guest W/C and a separate room with washing machine and dryer.
On the ground floor there are furthermore two twin bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite. One of the bedrooms has sliding doors to the terrace and pool, the other
bedroom has sliding doors to the patio.
On the patio you will find a BBQ and a dining table for your meals outside.
This villa is fully air conditioned. There is an alarm.

A well designed staircase takes you upstairs where you have two bedrooms:

The master bedroom with bathroom ensuite and a large terrace overlooking
the pool, garden and the golf course and another twin bedroom also with bathroom ensuite and a terrace

No pets.
