class rated golf courses, as well as bars, coffee shops,
restaurants and supermarkets.
The nearest town, Almancil
is 5 minutes drive away. Faro city and/or the airport
are only 25 min drive away.
DESCRIPTION
The entrance hall opens up into a large lounge with
comfortable sofas with plasma TV, patio doors lead to
the terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. A separate
dining room that seats 10. A large contemporary kitchen
equipped with all modern appliances, a separate utility
room, where you have the washing machines etc.
Downstairs you find a guest bathroom, two bedrooms with
twin beds that can be moved into a double bed, both with
on suite bathrooms.
Up the stairwell you
find a master bedroom with double four poster bed, with
a complete on suite bathroom and sliding door that lead
onto a sun terrace. One twin bedded room, with on suite
bathroom, also with a terrace.
On the lower floor
there is a bedroom with twin beds and an on suite
bathroom. A large playroom with table tennis, air
hockey, football and a guest bathroom.
This villa is fully
equipped with air conditioning heating and cooling.

area with sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool

The guests of this villa are requested to pay a
deposit of Euro 1000 (for eventual
damages), which will be refund after departure. Extra cleaning
