class rated golf courses, as well as bars, coffee shops,
restaurants and supermarkets.The nearest town, Almancil
is 10 minutes drive away. Faro city and/or the airport
are only 25 min. drive away. One can charter a
powerboat/sailing boat; enjoy a Jet Ski ride, jeep
safari, horse riding as well as a wellness treatment in
one of the finest resorts.
DESCRIPTION
A spacious marbled entrance hall leading to double door
into a modern furnished lounge, with plasma screen TV
and sound system, doors open onto a large terrace and
pool area. A very well appointed dining room seats
10 with
double doors that open onto terrace and pool area. This
villa has an office/study with an en-suite W.C. with
shower facilities. The kitchen is fully fitted with all
appliances. Down stairs there are two double bedrooms
both with en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes.
On a lower ground level
you find a twin bedroom and en-suite bathroom with
shower. On this level there is also a large utility room
with all appliances.
The first floor
you will find the Master bedroom
with en-suite bathroom.
The bathroom has a
large bath and walk in shower.
This bedroom leads onto a
sun terrace overlooking the pool.
There is another
double bedroom
with en-suite bathroom and a terrace.
The large swimming pool
has a paved surround and lawn area. The pool can be
heated at additional cost. There is a BBQ area with
electric awnings for outdoor dining.
No pets.

Cleaning 3 times a week, change of bed
linen once a week,

The guests of this villa are requested to pay a
deposit of Euro 1000 (for eventual
damages), which will be refund after departure. Extra cleaning
